We collect information to provide a better experience for all our users—from finding the best teaching vacancies to building professional profiles.

Personal Information: When you register, we collect your Name and Phone Number. We use Firebase Authentication to manage your account.

Professional Profile (Resume): If you use the Resume Maker feature, we collect details such as your Education, Experience, Subjects taught, and "About Me" description. You may also provide a link to your PDF Resume hosted on third-party services like Google Drive.

Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the App, such as the jobs you apply for, jobs you save as "Interested," and your account's coin balance (for schools).

Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including the hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for advertising and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.

Allow teachers to apply for jobs and schools to view applicant profiles.
•
Facilitate communication between schools and teachers (via WhatsApp or Phone calls).
•
Personalize your experience and show relevant job listings.
•
Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities.
•
Serve advertisements through Google AdMob.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following ways:

With Schools/Employers: When a teacher applies for a job or saves interest, the school that posted the vacancy can see the teacher's name, phone number, and resume details to facilitate hiring.

Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
4. Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. These ads help us keep the platform free for teachers. AdMob may use your advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can manage your ad settings through your Android device's settings.
5. Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information, and we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use Firebase Security Rules to ensure that only authorized users can access specific data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can update your profile information at any time within the "Edit Profile" section of the App. If you wish to delete your account or data, please contact us at the email address provided below.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
